Motalli
Founded in 1928 by Alberto Carvalho Araújo the company ACA - Alberto Carvalho e Araujo, Lda. Initially a repair shop and bike hire. In 1943 began the manufacture and assembly of bicycles with motors Peligrino (Italy). In 1952 the company bought Alma and become autonomous and produce their 2-stroke engines without a clutch, carburetor Alma (the only brand to develop carburetors 100% portuguese). In 1962 they start producing Alma engines under license Minarelli (Italy). Motalli Developed several moped models. In the 70's started to buy Famel Zundapp engines and later the Macal Minarelli engines. In 1985 they develop City-Car and in 2001 the brand Motalli disappears giving way to Socca using Morini engines (Italy).
